| Info: | The next Morganton, PA Camaro Nationals Car Show will be July 19-20, 2024. There will be over 500 Camaro's for sale outisde as well as a large number of other classic cars for sale in the Classic Auto Mall. Friday night Banquet with a limited number of tickets available and it always sells out ahead of time. Saturday night Banquet with a limited number of tickets available and it always sells out ahead of time. A charity auction is held both nights after the banquets. Food trucks are available for delicious eating choices. The kick of cruise is Thursday evening. The line up starts around 4:45 pm and starts at 5pm. |

| Participant Info: | Wednesday: Set-up begins - recommended for indoor spots 8am - Optional Early Indoor Load in for Vendors, Concours, Display and Non-Judged Camaros. 9am - Volunteers welcome to hang banners & signs, distribute trash containers, mark parking areas etc. 9am - Classic Auto Mall open 9-5 Thursday: Annual Kick-Off Cruise - arrive before 4pm. All indoor classes must arrive Thursday at the latest for set-up. 8am - Load in – Concours, Display and Non-Judged Camaros are staged into position in the Exhibit Halls. All cars scheduled to be indoors must be in place by 2pm. 9am - Classic Auto Mall open 9-5 3 pm - Indoor Camaros and Vendors should be in place and ready for Friday morning start of the event 4:30 pm - Line up for Kick-Off Cruise. 5 pm - Cruise begins 9 pm - Parking Lot Party in North Lot Friday: 8am - Registration Tent opens (check-in, goody bags, tee shirts, hats). (8am-3pm) 9am - Classic Auto Mall Opens 9-5 9am - Legends Judging begins in Classic Headquarters Exhibit Hall 10:45 - Bow Tie Judges Meeting in hall in front of Classic Headquarters Exhibit Hall 11am - Bow Tie Judging begins in Classic Headquarters Exhibit Hall 3 pm - Registration Tent Closes 5 pm - Classic Auto Mall closes 6pm - Classic Headquarters Banquet begins in Holiday Inn Banquet Room 8pm - Charity Auction Begins in Holiday Inn Banquet Room – you do not need to attend the banquet to participate in the auction 9 pm - Parking Lot Party in North Lot Saturday: 8am - Registration Tent opens (check-in, goody bags, tee shirts, hats) (8am-noon) * Legends Judging continues in Classic Headquarters Exhibit Hall * Bow Tie Judging continues in Classic Headquarters Exhibit Hall 9am - Classic Auto Mall Opens 9-3 11am - Heartbeat Judges Meeting at Heartbeat Tent 11:30 - Heartbeat Judging begins Noon - Participants begin voting for their favorite F-Bodies for the Top 30 Awards 2pm - Participant Vote Sheets should all be returned to ballot box at Registration Tent 2:15 - Registration Tent Closes 3pm - Classic Auto Mall Closes. Exit Mall to show field or Exhibit Hall area. * Head to East MallWay (between Camaro Exhibit Halls) for Awards Ceremony (bring your folding chairs) 3:30 - Awards Ceremony in main hall between Classic Headquarters and Wheel Craft Exhibit Halls * Ceremony will be moved up or back based on final size of event and completion of judging 6:30 - Crash & Burn Banquet in Hotel Banquet Hall 9 pm - Parking Lot Party in North Lot |
